These terms govern your use of Unbounce (the “Service”). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Your account

You are responsible for your account, keeping your password secure and everything that happens under it. You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of the pages, images and other content you publish. You grant us a license to host, store and display it only to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you publish.

3. Acceptable use

• No phishing, malware, spam, or pages that collect passwords or payment details under false pretenses.
• No illegal content, hate speech, harassment or content that infringes others' rights.
• No attempts to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

We may suspend pages, sites or accounts that break these rules.

4. Plans, billing and cancellation

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Usage limits are described on the pricing page.

5. Availability

We work hard to keep the Service running but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
