Data about our customers

• Account data: name, email, password (stored as a secure hash) and team membership.
• Billing data: handled by our payment provider; we never store full card numbers.
• Usage and security logs: sign-ins, devices and important account actions.

Data about visitors of customer sites

Our built-in analytics is cookie-free. We do not store IP addresses for analytics; visitor counts use a daily-rotating anonymous identifier. Form submissions are stored on behalf of the site owner, who is responsible for how they use that data.

How we use data

To provide and secure the Service, process payments, send service emails, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.

Service providers

We use trusted providers for hosting, storage, email delivery and payments, bound by data-protection agreements.

Your rights

You can access, export, correct or delete your data from your dashboard or by contacting us. Deleted accounts are removed after a 30-day grace period.
