Before your first visit
Does my pet need vaccinations?
Yes — rabies, DHPP and bordetella for dogs; rabies and FVRCP for cats. Just bring the records.
How long will grooming take?
Most full grooms take 2–3 hours. We never rush, and we'll text when your pet is ready.
Do you use cages?
Never. Pets rest in a calm lounge with a staff member nearby.
What if my dog is nervous?
Book a free 15-minute meet & greet first. We go at their pace.
