Our story
Built slowly, by hand
Casa Palmera was a family coconut farm until 2016. We kept 900 of the original palms, hired builders from the village of Chemuyil and spent four years making something that feels like it grew here.
Today the resort runs on 80% solar power, our kitchen buys from 30 local growers and fishermen, and 1 in 5 team members has been here since day one.

How far are you from the airport?
About 45 minutes from Tulum International and 90 minutes from Cancún. Transfers are free for stays of four nights or more.
Is Casa Palmera adults-only?
Our Garden Suites and Plunge Pool Villas are adults-only. Families are warmly welcome in the Beachfront Villas.
What’s included in the rate?
Breakfast, sunset cocktails, bikes, kayaks, snorkel gear and yoga every morning at 8am.
What is your cancellation policy?
