Good to know
Can I try before I join?
Yes — your first day pass is free at any location. Just book online and bring a photo ID.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contracts. All memberships are month to month and can be paused or cancelled with 30 days’ notice.
Can I bring guests?
Members can bring guests for meetings at any time and get two free day passes for friends each month.
Are dogs allowed?
Well-behaved dogs are welcome at Mill House. Our other locations are pet-free for allergy reasons.
